Vineyard age: 20 years

WINEMAKING

Maceration: traditional, maceration with submerged cap for about 15 days at controlled temperatures in steel tanks.

Refinement: large barrels and barriques for approximately 12-14 months and then approximately 16/18 months in the bottle.

Maintenance: store horizontally in a cool, dry place, away from light with an almost constant temperature; lifetime over 15 years.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE

Ruby red color, notes of blackberry and raspberry on the nose.

In the mouth it has a good structure and good roundness, soft tannins and notes of violet.

Temperature service: 18°C
