WINEMAKING
Maceration: traditional, maceration with submerged cap for about 15 days at controlled temperatures in steel tanks.
Refinement: botte grande e barriques per circa 12-14 mesi e poi circa 20/22 mesi in bottiglia.
Maintenance: store horizontally in a cool, dry place, away from light with an almost constant temperature; lifetime over 15 years.
ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
Ruby red color, notes of blackberry and raspberry on the nose.
In the mouth it has a good structure and good roundness, soft tannins and notes of violet.
