WINEMAKING
Fermentation: Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature for 10/15 days in a steel tank.
Refinement: Vasca di acciaio, “sur lies” e
“battonage” per almeno 6 mesi, in seguito
affinamento in bottiglia per 10/12 mesi.
Maintenance: conservare in un luogo fresco e asciutto, lontano dalla luce con una temperature pressoché costante; lifetime 10 anni.
ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
Very intense straw yellow, the nose has notes of white flowers and tropical fruits.
In the mouth it has a strong and very persistent attack, with a savory and mineral finish given by the longevity of the vineyards and sandy soils of the Roero.
