WINEMAKING

Maceration: traditional, submerged cap maceration for 8 days at a controlled temperature in a steel tank.

Refinement: steel tub for a few months.

Maintenance: store horizontally in a cool, dry place, at an almost constant temperature; lifetime 4/5 years.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE

Intense red color with violet reflections.

On the nose notes of plum and cherry.

In the mouth it is intense and soft, with good acidity on the finish.

The aftertaste recalls the fruitier olfactory notes.
