WINEMAKING

Maceration: traditional, submerged cap maceration for 8 days at a controlled temperature in a steel tank.

Refinement: barriques for approximately 12 months.

Maintenance: store horizontally in a cool, dry place, away from light with an almost constant temperature; lifetime over 10 years.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE

Intense red color with violet reflections.

The good structure given by the aging in wood enhances the typical fruitiness of Barbera, recalling notes of black cherry and plum.

In the mouth it is warm with a spicy finish.
