Kind of clay: Clayey, sandy

Harvest: end of October / beginning of November

WINEMAKING

Method: Manual harvest of the grapes in wooden boxes and left to dry with the sun.
This is followed by traditional white vinification in steel tanks.

Refinement: 18 months in French barriques

Maintenance: store in a cool, dry place, away from light and with an almost constant temperature; lifetime over 6 years.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE

Intense yellow color with golden reflections.

On the nose it offers intense notes reminiscent of withered fruits and acacia flowers.

In the mouth it is soft, warm, very balanced with the sugary component.

Excellent paired with mature cheeses.
